With over 17 years of experience, Tracy Robertson is a master stylist trained to work with a diverse group of hair types and techniques. Since the age of eight, Tracy has been fascinated with hair. Tracy’s natural talent and creativity fueled her passion to pursue her cosmetology license and a career as a hair care professional. As a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Tracy began her career at the Aveda Concept Salon in the arts of hair cutting and color. With a passion for excellence Tracy excelled in her craft with extensive training in international hair color lines, such as, Logics, Matrix So-Color, Wella, Redken, and Clairol.

In 1996, Tracy moved to Atlanta. By 2003, she joined one of Atlanta’s prominent Salon & Spa as a Master Stylist and Director of Education. During her tenure Tracy trained more than 30 stylists of varying experience levels across the company’s three-salon system in style, cut, and color techniques.

In 2008, Tracy Robertson joined forces with two of her former colleagues—Amir and Gilda Salmon and along with J. Jeffrey Carr formed TAG Concept Salons. Tracy is the Artistic Director of Shear Artistry and in her role Tracy continues to build the brand through continuous self improvement and training others in hair cutting techniques.

Tracy lives in Concord NC with her two children.
